talkSPORT brings you all the latest updates from the Premier League and beyond.

After a midweek of Champions League action, the Premier League returned with a bang.

In the Merseyside derby, Liverpool saw Everton off 2-1 at Anfield, with Hugo Ekitike scoring the decisive goal.

The pressure on Graham Potter grows after West Ham lost 2-1 at home to Crystal Palace, while Tottenham Hotspur came from 2-0 down to seal a point against Brighton and Hove Albion.

And in the 5:30pm game, Manchester United and Chelsea ended with ten men in a chaotic encounter at Old Trafford that the hosts won 2-1.

Michael Oliver blows the final whistle and brings an end to the west London derby.

It started brilliantly for Brentford with a Mikkel Damsgaard goal after a mistake from Josh King.

But two goals in quick succession changed the game around in Fulham's favour.

They were both avoidable from Brentford's point of view, but Alex Iwobi and Harry Wilson won't care.

A third followed quickly in the second half through Ethan Pinnock's ridiculous own goal.

The Cottagers saw a stunning fourth ruled out for a foul by Rodrigo Muniz on Nathan Collins.

But the game was done anyway.

Rodrigo Muniz has the ball in the back of the net, but it's not going to count!

The Brazilian striker is adjudged to have fouled Nathan Collins in the build-up.

The striker catches Collins in the face with a forearm, but it does seem accidental even if blood is left pouring from the Irishman's mouth.

It's a shame because the goal was excellent.

Muniz leathered a stunning shot in at the near post, but it doesn't stand.

OH, NO!

Fulham have a third, and this is one of the weirdest own goals you will see.

First of all, we should credit Ryan Sessegnon because he's just delivered a wonderful cross.

The winger gets the ball on the left and sends a dangerous delivery into the box.

Ethan Pinnock tries to duck underneath it or stoop to head (I am not sure), and the ball ends up hitting the back of his neck, looping into the air and dropping into the net.

That was bizarre!

TURNAROUND COMPLETE!

Nathan Collins is again at fault as he fails to deal with a pass forward, knocking it to Alex Iwobi.

Iwobi turns from goalscorer to provider with a slide-rule pass through the Brentford defence to Harry Wilson.

The Welshman doesn't even take a touch, he just opens up his body and finds the bottom corner.

It is a lovely finish, and the game has totally flipped in the space of a few minutes.

WE ARE LEVEL AT CRAVEN COTTAGE!

Sasa Lukic has a shot from distance that loops into the box.

Nathan Collins misses his initial clearance before only prodding the ball away.

Two Brentford player then get in each others' way, and the ball drops for Alex Iwobi.

The midfielder calmly fires home on the volley from six yards.

WE HAVE AN OPENER!

Mikkel Damsgaard is the scorer, but this is all from a mistake by Josh King.

Bernd Leno passes the ball to the young midfielder, and he reverses a pass around the corner straight to Damsgaard.

The Dane steadies himself and coolly finds the corner.

In the early stages of the west London derby, it is goalless.

We've had one opportunity at either end, though Brentford's didn't come from a shot.

Instead, Michael Kayode launched a long throw into the box that bounced and hit Bernd Leno, who ended up sitting on it.

If it had gone in after touching him, it would have counted.

Down the other end Caoimhin Kelleher has had to be alert to punch away an effort.

The referee blows the final whistle, and Manchester United have won.

In the end, it was nowhere near as comfortable as it could have been.

Robert Sanchez was sent off after four minutes, and Bruno Fernandes scored soon after.

The lead was doubled when Casemiro headed home before he was sent off.

That set up a nervy second half, but despite having 72 per cent of the ball in the second half, they had two shots.

A Trevoh Chalobah header halved the deficit, but the Blues offered nothing after that.

It's a huge win for Ruben Amorim, but it tops off a bad week for Chelsea.

Seven minutes of stoppage time indicated at Old Trafford.

Since the goal, Chelsea haven't mustered even a shot at goal.

Increasingly, it is looking like taking off all of his attacking players was a strange choice from Enzo Maresca.

Well, we are in for a potentially tasty last ten minutes.

Reece James finds space on the right of the pitch.

He delivers a great cross into the box that is begging to be put away.

Chelsea have the ball in the back of the net, but it's not going to count.

Reece James takes a corner that is flicked on at the near post.

Wesley Fofana is there on the goalkeeper, and he heads home, but he is way offside.

It proves to be his final contribution as Enzo Maresca makes his final two changes.

Malo Gusto and Tyrique George come on for Fofana and Marc Cucurella.

It means there will be no Old Trafford return for Alejandro Garnacho.

Andrey Santos gets a hand into the neck, and he hist the ground like a sack of spuds.

Many in the ground think it's a serious knee injury, given the way he collapses to the floor.

But it's clear that nothing has actually happened to him, and he is absolutely fine to continue.

Well, this is very interesting from Ruben Amorim.

He has taken off Benjamin Sesko.

Manuel Ugarte comes on for the striker, who endured a tricky first 45 minutes.

The game is delayed for a minute as well because the ball boy isn't in place.

The referee has evened things up!

Casemiro has been sent off!

The Brazilian receives a second yellow card for hauling Andrey Santos to the floor.

So, we are in for an intriguing second half, but Chelsea have no attacking players on the pitch!

THE HOSTS ARE IN COMMAND!

Casemiro doubles the Man United lead.

A corner comes into the box, and Reece James fails to clear it with a terrible clearance.

He just boots it into the air, and Luke Shaw reacts first.

Shaw heads the ball across goal, and there is Casemiro to head home from a few yards out.

Well, this won't go down well in west London!

Enzo Maresca has responded to the Manchester United goal by bringing Cole Palmer off.

The England international doesn't look happy at all as he has a word with his manager.

Palmer then throws a huge coat on and heads back down the tunnel at Old Trafford.

Andrey Santos is on for him, making it three substitutions in the space of 20 minutes.

THE CAPTAIN STRIKES!

It has been all Man United, and they have the lead!

A cross comes in from the right that Patrick Dorgu heads back across goal.

Robert Sanchez is off!

A long ball is launched long, and it bounces over the Chelsea defence.

Bryan Mbeumo is in on goal, and Robert Sanchez races out of his box.

He clatters the winger outside of the box, and the goalkeeper is off.

Filip Jorgensen and Tosin Adarabioyo come on.

What a start at Old Trafford!

The rain is really hammering down at Old Trafford, and Man United could be 1-0 up.

It's a great move down the, and Patrick Dorgu whips the ball in.

Well, the second halves weren't quite as exciting, but still, we were served a treat of Premier League football.

At the Amex, it ended 2-2 between Brighton and Tottenham.

The hosts had a 2-0 lead through Yankuba Minteh and Yasin Ayari.

But Richarlison pulled one back before the end of the half before a Jan Paul van Hecke own goal secured a point for the Seagulls.

At the London Stadium, Graham Potter suffered another defeat as the pressure builds on the West Ham manager.

Jean-Philippe Mateta and Tyrick Mitchell scored the goals for the visitors that sealed the three points.

There was also a massive victory at Molineux for Leeds, who came from 1-0 down to beat Wolves 3-1.

That means it is five games, five defeats for the Old Gold.

And at Turf Moor, Ange Postecoglou is still waiting for his first win as Nottingham Forest manager after a 1-1 draw against Burnley.

Xavi Simons has made a huge difference to this game.

He wants a penalty, but the referee says no.

There is some concern for the Dutchman, but he seems fine to carry on.

LEVELLER!

Xavi Simons does well in midfield and slides a pass into Mohammed Kudus.

The winger works some space and whips a cross into the box.

Jan Paul van Hecke doesn't see it until the end, and he can't sort himself out.

It hits his body and flies into the back of the net.
