The Premier League transfer window has reopened for a second time as clubs scramble to conduct business before the start of pre-season.

The 2025 summer window has been split into two periods on either side of the expanded Club World Cup.

The summer market opened for the first time on June 1, which was two weeks earlier than in 2024, when it began on June 14.



The window closed on June 10 for six days, but it reopened on Monday, June 16, and will now run for the rest of the summer.

Around £2billion was spent on new signings by top-flight clubs last summer, a decrease from the near-£2.4billion in 2023.
