The Premier League's FINAL DAY is upon us, and talkSPORT is here to keep you up to date with the latest.
The top-flight title race and relegation spots have long been confirmed so all eyes will be on the race for the European places.
Man City, Chelsea, Newcastle, Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest are all still in with a chance of reaching the Champions League.
Virgil van Dijk will lift the title after Liverpool face FA Cup winners Crystal Palace, with Europa League conquerors Tottenham hosting Brighton.
Meanwhile, transfer news is continuing to increase, with Florian Wirtz now angling for a move to Anfield over Bayern Munich.

SALAH STRIKES TO EQUAL THE RECORD!!
Nunez stands up a deep cross from the right-wing that Gakpo heads back across for Salah to lash past Henderson into the net.
The Egyptian moves to 47 goals and assists in a Premier League season - level with Alan Shearer and Andy Cole.
But crucially, Salah does it in a 38-game season, with the two legends he now shares the record with doing it in a 42-match season.

Amad Diallo, the former Sunderland man, might just have saved Newcastle's Champions League hopes.
The Red Devils have missed chance after chance, but finally, they take one.
The goal is excellent as well as Bruno Fernandes drills a cross into the box, and there is Diallo to head home.

Altay Bayindir makes a terrible mistake, and the ball is loose.
Morgan Rogers nips in and scores.
However, because the referee blows his whistle before the ball is put into the back of the net, VAR can do nothing.
That almost certainly would have stood if the referee had just waited until the ball hit the back of the net.

Manchester City are beating Fulham 1-0 thanks to Ilkay Gundogan's goal.
At Old Trafford, it's 0-0 between Manchester United and Aston Villa, but the Villans are down to ten men.

It's a short backpass to the goalkeeper, and he races off his line.
Rasmus Hojlund beats him to it and touches the ball past Martinez, who wipes out the striker.
The referee deems it a clear goalscoring opportunity, and after a VAR check, the decision stands.
Robin Olsen comes on for the Villans with Marco Asensio going off.
That is a huge blow in the race for the Champions League!

The Italian takes a touch and smashes in a shot that takes a nick, and Pickford does well to save to his left.
It comes out to Alexander Isak, and he thinks he's scored with a right-footed effort.
But Pickford is there to make another stop.
