The 2022-23 Premier League campaign has reached its final hurdle. Most clubs can already plan for next season with their end-of-season fates sealed, but there are nervous waits for a handful of sides. The coronation took place with two games to spare as were crowned English champions for the third year in a row.
The places are all set, so what is actually left to be decided on the final day of the season?
The top four teams in the Premier League qualify for the group stage of the Champions League.
If the Carabao Cup winners finish inside either the Premier League’s Champions League or Europa League places, the place is deferred to the next highest-finishing team.
The Europa League place for the FA Cup winners will also be deferred to the league table, which would mean the seventh-place team will qualify for the Europa Conference League.
