The Gunners looked to be going from strength to strength, but they lost their grip on the title race against Villa.
Mikel Arteta's side experienced a collapse last year and they will be keen to prevent that happening again.
They have bounced back from that loss though and four successive wins - including two London derby victories over rivals Chelsea and Tottenham - have put them clear at the top of the table again.

Liverpool have also slipped up in the Premier League title race
The Reds were top not too long ago but are now in danger of finishing way off in third.
With Jurgen Klopp leaving at the end of the season, they are desperate to end on a high.
But two defeats and a draw in their past five games have ended their ambitions to become champions at the end of the season.
They can still mathematically win it, but would need to Arsenal to lose both of their remaining games and for City to pick up just one point because of the Reds' vastly inferior goal difference.
