As the euphoria from last week Monday’s spectacular victory parade begins to settle, the reality is finally sinking in for Liverpool supporters across Merseyside and beyond: their beloved Reds are Premier League champions for the 20th time.
The open-top bus parade, which began at 2:30 PM from Allerton Maze and followed a 15-kilometer route through the heart of the city, represented a cathartic release for supporters who had waited five years since their last title celebrations from home due to COVID-19.
An estimated one million people attended the celebration, transforming Liverpool into a sea of red as the team showcased their Premier League trophy to adoring fans along Queens Drive, Mill Bank, West Derby Road, Islington, Leeds Street, and The Strand before concluding at Blundell Street.
The parade lasted approximately five hours, exceeding initial expectations as players and staff savored every moment with their supporters
While the parade provided a spectacular culmination to Liverpool’s title-winning campaign, the club has ensured that the celebrations continue with multiple opportunities for fans to experience the Premier League trophy up close.
Liverpool FC has announced an extensive trophy tour program designed to bring the championship silverware directly to supporters.
The biggest part of this extended celebration is the trophy viewing experience at Anfield itself.
From June 10-20, fans will have the unprecedented opportunity to see the Premier League trophy in person on the Level 2 concourse of the Main Stand, accessible via the podium.
This free experience represents a remarkable gesture from the club, ensuring that supporters who may have missed the parade or simply want to extend their celebrations can create lasting memories with the symbol of Liverpool’s domestic supremacy.
Booking is essential for the Anfield experience, with the club implementing a structured system to manage demand while ensuring as many fans as possible can participate.
The venue will provide professional photography services and exclusive ‘Champions 2024-25’ commemorative souvenirs, allowing supporters to commemorate this historic moment in club history.
To facilitate access, Stanley Park car park will be open for visitor parking, while LFC Museum ticket holders will receive priority access to the trophy experience.
Complementing the Anfield experience, Liverpool FC has organized a dedicated store trophy tour that will bring the Premier League trophy to key retail locations across the region.
The tour will begin on June 5th with two stops: Chester from 9:00am to 12:00pm, followed by Liverpool ONE ( a open-air shopping and leisure complex in the city of Liverpool) from 1:30 PM to 5:00.
The following day, June 6th, will see the trophy displayed at Williamson Square from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
Unlike the Anfield experience, the store trophy tour operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with no booking requirements but clear expectations that queues will form.
Personal cameras are permitted during these viewings, ensuring fans can capture their own memories with the championship trophy
