The former Liverpool boss, who led the club from 2004 to 2010, is a legendary figure having guided them to the 2005 Champions League trophy.
While he was unable to bring a Premier League title to Merseyside, a feat that was finally achieved by Jurgen Klopp in 2020, the return of Liverpool at the top of Europe under the Spaniard's stewardship has earned him iconic status among the Anfield faithful.

Having managed the likes of Inter Milan, Chelsea and Real Madrid in a 30-year career as a head coach, the 65-year-old has overseen the very best football has to offer, including Portuguese icon Ronaldo.
However, during an interview with Shoot For Love, when asked to choose between Ronaldo and Salah, Benitez opted for the Liverpool legend.
Explaining his choice, the football manager said: "Ronaldo is perhaps the best finisher, but Salah is more complete."
