Raheem Sterling seems certain his future lies away from Manchester City – after negotiating to sell his house to Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold.
And it's believed he's been in negotiation to buy Sterling's £4.5 million house in the Cheshire countryside – fuelling more speculation that the City and England attacker could be on the way to Chelsea.
But the 77-cap England star only has a year left on his present contract and it's believed he's looking for a new challenge and would prefer a move back to London where he grew up.
Sterling has been a big success at City since leaving Liverpool in an acrimonious £44 million move in 2015.
During those seven years, Sterling has won four Premier League titles, four League Cups and an FA Cup becoming one of the most decorated City players ever.
It's understood Kop defender Alexander-Arnold is moving from his current south Manchester location on the same road as fellow Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson and former Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.
Although Sterling made 44 appearances for City last season, plenty were from the bench and the striker is keen to start more games.
