Rangers chief executive Stewart Robertson will return to the SPFL board next season.

Rangers managing director Robertson was involved in a public row with the SPFL board during his previous time there, after being critical of their handling of the Covid crisis in March 2020.

They will work alongside SPFL chief executive Neil Doncaster, chairman Murdoch MacLennan and independent non-executive director Karyn McCluskey Last season’s board representatives Steve Brown (St Johnstone), Peter Lawwell (Celtic), Ewen Cameron (Alloa Athletic), Ken Ferguson (Brechin City) have not been elected again.

Robertson stepped down last summer and was replaced by Celtic chief Peter Lawwell, and now the two have swapped seats again.

Lawwell has since quit his role as chief executive at Parkhead and his replacement Dom McKay.

Gray and McArthur have been re-elected after serving during the previous campaign.

Hamilton Accies Les Gray representative Ross McArthur of Dunfermline take up the Championship positions, while, Alastair Donald (Forfar Athletic) and Paul Hetherington (Airdrieonians) stand for League One and League Two.
