But while the boss has come in for criticism in recent days, the transfer wheels have not stopped turning at Ibrox.

The Scottish Premiership clearout is ramping up after the club banked £6.5million for the sale of Jefte to Palmerias - and fellow left-back Ridvan Yilmaz looks set to be the next player to go.
