Trent Alexander-Arnold has been handed his first start for Real Madrid in Wednesday night's Club World Cup clash against Al-Hilal.
The 26-year-old joined the La Liga outfit earlier this month after they agreed a £10m deal with Liverpool.
Alexander-Arnold was officially unveiled as a Real Madrid player last week and was immediately named in the La Liga side's 34-man squad for this summer's Club World Cup finals in the United States.
And in Real's first outing in the competition on Wednesday night, Alexander-Arnold was named in the starting XI for the first time.
The La Liga outfit have been without the long-serving Dani Carvajal since the right-back suffered a serious knee injury against Villarreal in October.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference on Tuesday, Real Madrid manager Xabi Alonso hailed the "huge impact" Alexander-Arnold has had since joining the club on June 1.
"He's very flexible.
We're eager for Carvajal to return, but Trent has had a huge impact from day one," said Alonso.
"It's a privilege for me to be given these headaches."
Real Madrid are in Group H for the Club World Cup and will face Al-Hillal, Pachuca and RB Salzburg before the knockout stages begin.
