Five new players have now been brought through the welcome doors, so it isn’t a surprise to see Liverpool turning their focus towards getting rid of some players.

As mentioned, Liverpool have been one of the busiest teams in the transfer market this summer.
The Reds have welcomed an abundance of new talent through the Anfield doors over the last month or so but it seems like they’re not ready to stop there.
That is, according to a report from BBC Sport journalist Phil McNulty, who says that once Liverpool have sold a player or two, they’ll be back in the market for a centre-back and a striker.

Although no names are specifically mentioned in the report, players such as Crystal Palace’s captain Marc Guehi and Viktor Gyokeres have both been linked with a Merseyside switch in recent weeks.
The Englishman has had his transfer to Bundesliga outfit Bayer Leverkusen confirmed, with the defender moving to the club for a fee worth around £35million including add-ons.
