Liverpool are on the verge of their sixth signing already this summer while two young stars could move for big money.
The Reds cannot stay out of the headlines with regard to signing players, but for once they are showing more indication of selling.
As they are into a new PSR financial year, they are under no pressure to sell, but they are keen to do so as Arne Slot likes to work with a smaller squad.
Quality over quantity perfectly sums up their approach this summer, although they could still let some stars go as clubs continue to sniff around.

Starting off with the only story of the day regarding a potential incoming, and Liverpool are in advanced talks with Crystal Palace for Marc Guehi.
The Englishman has been a target for a few weeks now but the move is edging closer, with the player clearly being promised key minutes next season.
Liverpool are ‘one step away’ from signing Guehi as Palace have almost agreed a deal for Sporting CP centre-back Ousmane Diomande, with the Ivorian seemingly being his direct replacement.
Although the move appears close, the Reds still have a back-up plan if a move for Guehi fails, with this consisting of reverting to a player with an age profile of 18-22.

The central midfield position looks set to be a highly-competitive one at Anfield next season, and Tyler Morton looks like he is going to lose the battle.
Wataru Endo has confirmed he is staying at Liverpool next season, while James McConnell could also get a chance when Ryan Gravenberch needs a rest, suggesting Morton will be forced out.

Rather surprisingly, Arsenal could make a move for Morton, mainly to act as cover for the incoming Martin Zubimendi.
It is safe to say the 22-year-old is not short of potential suitors and Braga are one of four clubs interested in signing Morton, suggesting he could have his pick of the bunch.

Harvey Elliott is another member of the England Under 21 team who could be on the move this summer, and his exit is arguably needed the most.
Liverpool have two clever demands for Elliott’s transfer, with the first being that they want a minimum of £40m to let him go.
If they are to sell him at that price, however, then they would want a buy-back clause inserted into his new deal, if not, then they want upwards of £50m.
Alan Pardew does not think he will get minutes at Liverpool next season and he is just one person in a big group saying the same thing, suggesting he could be on the move soon.
In other news, Napoli have given themselves 48 hours to make a decision regarding Darwin Nunez as they feel the Reds’ demands are too high, while the real reason Andy Robertson’s Atletico Madrid move collapsed has been confirmed.
