Liverpool are edging closer and closer to appointing Arne Slot as their new manager.
With things now moving quickly between Liverpool and Feyenoord, it seems likely that Slot may even be announced in the coming days.
We’ve already taken a look at what this could mean for some of the Reds first-team squad.
But aside from Klopp’s key trio, there are now claims that Slot is planning to replace another figure at Anfield.

There have already been strong claims that Slot would look to take his assistant at Feyenoord – Sipke Hulshoff – with him to Liverpool.
This could seemingly be good news for both Slot and the Reds.
As former Liverpool goalkeeper Sander Westerveld noted on Thursday, Hulshoff has already worked with the Dutch national team trio in Liverpool’s squad.

But it isn’t just the 49-year-old who will be joining.
According to The Mirror, Slot will also look to bring his head of performance at Feyenoord, Ruben Peeters.
Peeters would reportedly replace Andreas Schlumberger at Liverpool.
The Belgian has been at Feyenoord since 2021.
Formerly a fitness coach at Genk, Peeters expertise appears to be in managing the rigours of elite level sport.
Schlumberger currently holds a similar role at Liverpool having been appointed by Klopp in December 2020.
After spending four years with Jurgen at Borussia Dortmund, Schlumberger is very much his man.
Of course, nothing is yet official for any of Slot, Hulshoff or Peeters, but it seems like Liverpool are slowly learning their next backroom team.
There are other spots still left to fill though, so let’s see if there are any surprises.
