Indeed, Bayern have usually been quite good at keeping key players and star talents to commit to new long-term deals, and Musiala should be no different for the Munich-based side, with the Liverpool target simply too good to be leaving the club at this stage of his career.
The Bayern star has everything needed to become one of the best players in the world in the coming years.
Musiala signing new Bayern contract would be a killer for Liverpool
Musiala feels like an archetypal wonderkid for Jurgen Klopp to get the best out of, with the Liverpool manager central to many of football’s best players becoming who they are due to his methods and style of coaching.
According to Bild, the Bundesliga giants want to extend the teenager’s deal at the club following the attacking midfielder’s performances at the 2022 FIFA World Cup, with Musiala shining for Germany despite the European titans crashing out at the group stage phase for a second competition in a row.
Despite being one of Bayern’s best players this season and one of the stars of the tournament for Germany, there’s a slight chance that Musiala could leave Bavaria in the coming months, with Sky Germany reporting that Liverpool are interested in the former Chelsea academy star.
Yet for Liverpool, it appears that the Merseyside club will miss out on Musiala amid new rumours that the Munich giants want to extend the youngster’s contract.
