Liverpool have already undergone a few changes this summer, with Arne Slot looking to retain the Premier League title next season.
One player who hasn’t complained about his playing time once this season is Federico Chiesa.
Although he hasn’t featured all that much for Liverpool this season, in the odd game he’s played, his quality has shone through, with his keen eye for goal a major selling point.
It’s also clear that the Italian loves playing for the Anfield outfit, but due to a lack of game time, it makes it hard for him to stay, especially since these are supposed to be his prime years.
If Liverpool do end up getting rid of the Italy international, they won’t lose any money on him due to the cut-rate fee they paid to bring him in last summer.

And, even though a sale would make a lot of sense, a season out on loan would be perfect as he’d get his confidence back and perhaps return to the club with a new lease of life.
Indeed, only time will tell what Slot has planned for the Italian, but on the face of things, selling him this summer doesn’t make all that much sense.
