Liverpool are wanting to sell some players but some deals appear trickier than others.
The Reds have a rather large squad right now so their attentions are turning to selling some players, especially as they still want to make room for more new arrivals.
Luis Diaz has almost completed his move to Bayern Munich, giving Liverpool a good amount of money in the process, with most of this likely going on Alexander Isak if he becomes available.
Another outgoing that is expected, albeit for a much cheaper price, in the form of Italian Federico Chiesa, with the winger ready to call time on his disappointing Anfield career.
Despite playing very few minutes last season, he certainly is not short of suitors, although his preference is clear and it is proving to be a slight problem.

The 27-year-old only cost Liverpool a maximum of £12.5m last summer, yet he has still been somewhat of a disappointment.
Ability is not his issue as he clearly has that in abundance, but his abysmal injury record keeps setting him back, with Arne Slot simply losing patience.
A move away would be best for both parties, but Chiesa is making this difficult as, according to Calciomercato, the Italian has rejected interest from the Turkish Super League as he only wants to join a club in Italy.

The report states that Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce were interested in signing him, but the winger has no plans to play there anytime soon as he wants to return home.

They also say that a loan move is not on the table as both parties want to ‘say goodbye’ permanently, with the Serie A his best chance of returning to the national team in time for next year’s World Cup.
Calciomercato conclude by saying that Chiesa’s salary demands are far too high for any Italian club, however, and he would have to reduce them to get his desired move, with his injury record another factor putting teams off.
Although he barely got any minutes last season, Liverpool simply cannot lose two wingers in one window without replacing them, especially if they still plan to sell Harvey Elliott.
Malick Fofana was tipped to replace Chiesa and his versatility means he can play on both flanks, while RB Leipzig’s Antonio Nusa has also been discussed.
Real Madrid’s Rodrygo would cause the biggest splash but his future is still undecided, while Anthony Gordon looks impossible if the Reds sign Isak.
Rio Ngumoha can step up and get some minutes, but at 16, he cannot be relied upon, indicating that a replacement for Chiesa is needed.
