Liverpool are reportedly fighting with Barcelona to sign a player who has been likened to Mohamed Salah this summer.

There are plenty of profiles Liverpool could target this summer, but perhaps the one who would make the most sense is Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

According to Georgian journalist Bacho Tsalugelashvili speaking on 1 Station Radio as per Area Napoli, Liverpool are interested in Kvaratskhelia.

Most notably, Fabio Capello, who has likened him to Mohamed Salah in the past.

“I am curious to see how Napoli do, especially Kvaratskhelia, who in his movements reminds me of an early Mohamed Salah.” Capello told Football Italia last season.
