Liverpool are set to welcome a whole host of new arrivals to the club this summer, meaning younger players may need to move on.
Reds fans have been treated so far this summer with rumours around new additions rife and the club looking to move swiftly to ensure they stay on their perch at the top of English football.
Jeremie Frimpong has already arrived at Liverpool, with the Reds wasting no time in replacing Trent Alexander-Arnold, and Florian Wirtz looks like the next new arrival for Arne Slot’s side next season, a clear message of intent to the rest of the league.
However, despite the excitement of strengthening the side, it doesn’t come without sacrifice and many big-name players are rumoured with a move away.
Luis Diaz is a top target for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, a division that Diogo Jota and Darwin Nunez could also play their football next season, with Liverpool looking like they will have an attacking overhaul this summer.
This also includes younger players too, with one in particular attracting interest from a newly-promoted side, whose relationship with Liverpool could perhaps prove beneficial.
After eight seasons away, Sunderland will be playing Premier League football again next term, and it is safe to say that their squad needs a fair few additions if they stand any chance of staying in the division.
One target they are currently in talks with, according to The Northern Echo, is Liverpool striker Jayden Danns, with the Wearside club looking to secure a second loan deal for the teenager.

Danns joined Sunderland on deadline day in February in what was supposed to be a season-long loan.
However, his stay was cut short due to a back injury, meaning the 19-year-old never managed to play a game for the club.
Despite this, Danns is said to have regularly visited Sunderland to watch games and built up a rapport with manager Regis Le Bris as a result.

A ‘strong relationship’ has reportedly been formed between Liverpool and Sunderland on the back of the failed move, with the Reds said to have been impressed by the way the then Championship side handled a ‘delicate’ situation.
The ‘mutual respect’ could reportedly play into the Black Cats’ hands and put them at the front of the queue should Danns be loaned out again this summer.
Arne Slot is claimed to be keen to take a look at the young striker in pre-season, but there is an expectation that Danns will be allowed to leave.
Liverpool do not often look to the league below to sign players, meaning when they do, they must be pretty special.
17-year-old Chris Rigg and 19-year-old Jobe Bellingham are two players who have been catching the eye with Sunderland in the Championship, winning a joint Young Player of the Season award.
Liverpool have been linked with Bellingham this summer, while Rigg is reportedly a long-standing Reds target.
With some new-found links forming between Liverpool and Sunderland, perhaps Liverpool could now be aided in their potential pursuit of both players.
The teenagers played a key role in Sunderland winning promotion to the Premier League via the play-off and are attracting plenty of interest all around Europe, with Liverpool a potential destination for them, especially if they use Danns as leverage.
