Liverpool are still wanting to sell certain players before the transfer window slams shut.
The Reds’ main focus so far this summer has been to recruit some stars to upgrade their starting XI, and although that is still the case, they are still discussing some sales at the same time.
Darwin Nunez is one player they are open to selling and, if anything, would rather he did depart so that they can get a decent transfer fee and make room for, hopefully, Alexander Isak.
However, their £65m asking price for the Uruguayan just looks far too steep for any clubs interested, with the majority not convinced he is worth that after his three sub-par seasons at Anfield.
That being said, as the window edges closer to shutting, the Reds might just be willing to change their strategy with the striker, and it looks as if they might alter their approach following the latest interest from Juventus.

After signing for £85m three seasons ago, there was no way Liverpool were going to flip a profit on Nunez, but they were trying their absolute hardest to at least get close.
However, no one appears willing to make a move, not even Saudi Arabian teams which says a lot really, meaning the Reds might just change their stance.
And, according to Italian outlet TuttoSport, Liverpool appear willing to loan Nunez out if there is an obligation to buy included, something Juventus are looking into.

The report states that the Reds now want a minimum of €55m (£47.5m) to let him go, although they fear no one will pay this up front, hence their openness for a loan move.
This has attracted the interest of Juventus, although their priority still remains to sign Randal Kolo-Muani, meaning that they will only make a move for the Uruguayan if the PSG forward is unattainable.
The Italian giants also want to move Dusan Vlahovic on first, but that is proving a little trickier than they first hoped.
Nunez wants to remain in Europe if possible and with his options narrowing, this would seem like the best offer on the table.
Whether it is a loan with obligation to buy or a permanent transfer, Liverpool just need to cut their losses and sell Nunez at all costs.
Not only will the money help but his exit would also make more room for Isak, with this the striker that the Reds should have signed in the first place.
His market value is only going to depreciate further as well as he is unlikely to feature much next season after the arrival of Hugo Ekitike, suggesting they need to cash in to avoid making an even bigger loss.
It is a shame as he has shown promise in pre-season, but unfortunately his course has been run and a permanent goodbye for both is the best solution.
