Liverpool have made some huge signings this summer but it could force some younger stars out of the door.
To stay at the top of English football, teams need to build while they are ahead, and that is exactly what Liverpool are trying to do.
However, their aim is not just to dominate domestically, but in Europe too, with their transfer business far from over.
They will have to be ruthless to achieve their goal and selling some players will be needed, players who may feel unfortunate not to be given a chance too.
There is one player in particular who has had a tough Anfield career to date and after shining this summer, he is not short of suitors and will likely look for a move away in search of first-team football.

The Under 21 European Championships were not just a success for England but for Liverpool too, with three of their players shining throughout the tournament.
However, the trio may all depart this summer with Jarell Quansah joining Bayer Leverkusen, Harvey Elliott wanted by multiple teams, and now Tyler Morton also catching the eye of top clubs.
According to The Times, the midfielder has caught the eye of Portuguese side Braga and they are ready to ‘step up their interest’ in signing him, however they are not the only team keen.

Ajax, who are managed by former Liverpool assistant John Heitinga, are also keeping close tabs on him, and so too are West Ham and Club Bruges.
Morton shone at the European Championships and it is no surprise to see him linked with a move away, especially as the 22-year-old admitted that it has been his toughest season to date after failing to get any game time at Anfield.

He is now said to be keen to get regular first-team football and with Liverpool unable to guarantee him that, a permanent move away this summer might be best.
Like many youngsters at Liverpool, talent has never been the problem, the chances they are given have been.
This is especially true under Arne Slot as he clearly has a preferred line-up and off-the-bench options, meaning players like Morton do not get many minutes.
As shown in the past, however, he is a top quality footballer, with his performance at the San Siro against AC Milan four years ago being branded as “fantastic.”
This summer he has proven that he has improved too, suggesting that he is ready for a move away like many players his age usually are.
It is certainly a summer where Liverpool could regret selling a few players but they have to in order to balance the books, while certain players must leave to better their careers, and Morton might just be one of these.
