The summer transfer window is shaping up to be a big one, with Liverpool expected to be big players in the market.
Arne Slot’s side will go into the off-season as Premier League champions having secured the title last weekend, with Liverpool now having a huge advantage over other clubs when it comes to landing top players.
As well as signings, a number of players are expected to leave Liverpool during the summer, with Saudi Arabian clubs already eyeing three members of Slot’s first team as a huge turnover in the squad could well be on the cards in the coming months.
And it now appears that Saudi Arabian clubs are now keeping tabs on a fourth Liverpool player, though competition from Real Madrid could make a deal difficult this summer.

According to TeamTalk, Saudi Arabian clubs are ‘alert’ to Ibrahima Konate’s situation at Liverpool, with the France international currently stalling on signing a new deal with the Reds as talks threaten to crumble.
There is currently no encouragement between Konate and Liverpool on reaching an agreement on a new contract, with the £36m signing from RB Leipzig potentially set to become the latest superstar player to leave Anfield for nothing.
With Real Madrid linked with Konate in recent weeks, Saudi Arabian clubs joining the mix only makes things more complicated for Liverpool in trying to commit the defender to a new long-term deal, especially with the centre-back enjoying his best season yet with the Reds.

Indeed, Liverpool face a potential crisis with Konate, and with Saudi Arabia keeping tabs on the defender’s situation, the race against the clock is now on for the Anfield side to ensure that the centre-back pens a new deal to remain on Merseyside.
Virgil van Dijk signed a new deal with Liverpool earlier this month, ending one of the most drawn-out and stressful contract sagas in the Reds’ recent history, with Mohamed Salah in a similar boat having put pen to paper on new terms in March.
Yet heading into the summer and next season, there’s a chance that Liverpool could have a repeat situation on their hands with Konate, who doesn’t look close to signing a new contract with one year remaining on his deal.
Liverpool have been clumsy in their management of player contracts, and with clubs lining up to sign Konate, the Anfield side can’t afford to have another Van Dijk situation on their hands with the French international.
