Tottenham have reportedly offered the manager role to former Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers, with the north London club missing out on Arne Slot this week. that the Northern Irish coach has been approached by Daniel Levy to take over at Tottenham, though still doesn’t remain Spurs’ first-choice option with Graham Potter and Luis Enrique also on their managerial shortlist.

Rodgers has always show glimpses that he can be a top manager in the Premier League during his time with both Liverpool and Leicester, and at Tottenham, the former Chelsea coach could again test the waters against the establishment if Spurs are willing to back the Northern Irishman. As a result, Liverpool could have to be wary of what Rodgers does at Tottenham, with the north London side potentially in the mix for top-four next season if the former Foxes man decides to make an immediate return to the Premier League with Spurs.
