If Liverpool are to sanction a move for Rhian Brewster away from Anfield this summer then the club would prefer for a permanent offer to be agreed with a buy-back clause inserted into any potential deal, claims Rob Dorsett of Sky Sports.

“We are definitely looking to improve.

Brewster, 20, currently has up to six Premier League clubs including Roy Hodgson and Crystal Palace interested in securing the services of the England under-21 international and if a deal is to be agreed on Liverpool’s part then it is likely that a permanent move will be sanctioned.

The Telegraph recently claimed that Liverpool could be forced to listen to offers if their £20 million valuation is met.

Brewster featured for Liverpool as recently as Sunday during a behind-closed-doors friendly with Huddersfield B which saw a chunk of fringe players such as Adrian, James Milner, Joel Matip, Takumi Minamino, Divock Origi and Brewster all play a part during a 1-1 stalemate at Anfield.

If we can get one more at the top end of the pitch to really give us that quality then we will be in much better shape than when we first started in the Premier League against Bournemouth (last season).”

Sky Sports also report that Liverpool are still yet to decide whether Brewster will be allowed to leave Anfield this window with Klopp still evaluating whether or not the former Chelsea academy graduate will be part of his plans for the 2020/21 campaign.
