Roy Keane reckons Arsenal can now win the Premier League after strengthening their squad during the summer transfer window.

Max Dowman can now play for the first-team this season after age restrictions prevented the 15-year-old from doing so last term.

After losing 1-0 to Liverpool at Anfield before the September international break, Arsenal face another test of their title credentials as they host Manchester City.

"Liverpool have done what they've been good at for the last year," he acknowledged, "winning football matches.

They've put the pressure back on Arsenal and City.

"City, already having lost two league games, you have to think that if they lost today, there would be a long way back [to win the league].

Over the last few years, every time I've seen City at Arsenal, in terms of trying to win the league title, I've never felt Arsenal had enough, had enough strength in depth, obviously lacked that striker.
