Ryan Gravenberch has warned Liverpool's rivals that memories of last season's Premier League title celebrations will inspire his side to retain their crown.
A product of AFC Ajax's famous academy system, the midfielder made the move to Anfield from Bayern Munich back in September 2023.
After struggling to make his mark in his first campaign at the club, the Dutchman played a pivotal role in helping the Reds claim a record-equalling 20th championship last season.
Arne Slot's side secured the title - last season - with a 5-1 victory against Tottenham, and Gravenberch admits the scenes he witnessed that day, both before and after the game, make his side hungry to retain their crown.
He said: "Obviously when we were champions at Anfield, you saw the moments with the fans and everything.

"As a player you want to achieve it again, and give the fans more trophies and more prizes.
"We will try everything and work hard for it."
The midfielder's impressive performances last season saw him named Premier League Young Player of the Year, while he was also named in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year for 2024/ 25 earlier this week.
"Really proud - really proud," he told Liverpoolfc.com on his inclusion.
"You worked really hard last season and the recognition from the other players to be in the Team of the Season - I'm really glad and really proud of myself.
"It was really nice [to be at the ceremony], this was actually my first time.
"It was new for me, the red carpet and everything, and I saw the other players as well.
It was a really nice event."
