Antonee Robinson caught the attention of his Fulham teammates as the full-back attempts to return from injury ahead of next season.
The 27-year-old played out the entire 2024/25 campaign, but with his form, rather obviously, dropping significantly, all concerns were confirmed as the defender underwent surgery in the summer.
With Ryan Sessegnon at left-back, going into the new Premier League season without Robinson would not be a horrendous outcome, but it would leave the team without an incredible attacking outlet.
He notched 10 league assists from the full-back position last season, and it explains why Arsenal have made an approach to sign Robinson ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The Cottagers have done very little business in the summer transfer window, with their only activity being to hand Kenny Tete a new deal after strong interest from Everton a few weeks back.

Taking to Instagram (31 July), Robinson wrote: “Few days back on the pitch,” as the player joined back up with the senior squad as he attempts to return to full fitness after having major knee surgery.

Football Insider verdict
When Ange Postecoglou was sacked, Football Insider understood that Marco Silva was open to applying for the Tottenham job, and that was really of no surprise to those at Craven Cottage.
The Portuguese figure has never been one to shy away from a challenge, always choosing a more ambitious club and calling out the hierarchy whenever he felt it was needed.
With only one signing being done by the Cottagers – Benjamin Lecomte signing from Montpellier – supporters are growing anxious that a new manager may also be on the list this summer.

Willian and Carlos Vinicius both departed as free agents, with several young, exciting talents leaving on loan, but the Cottagers are yet to make serious additions to the squad.
Mick Brown told Football Insider that Fulham is Raheem Sterling’s preferred destination this season, with Chelsea not working out for the experienced winger, and Arsenal not willing to make his loan permanent.
The 30-year-old alone would not make for a good transfer window, and nor would losing Robinson to Arsenal or Man United, but unless the board decide to act soon, they run the risk of driving the manager out.
