England fans have been wowed by the performance of one star during their World Cup Qualifier win against Serbia.
Thomas Tuchel‘s side cruised to a 5-0 win at the Rajko Mitic Stadium in Belgrade, after Harry Kane and Noni Madueke gave the visitors a 2-0 lead at half-time.
The second half saw centre-back duo Ezri Konsa and Marc Guehi get on the scoresheet, while Nottingham Forest’s Nikola Milenkovic was sent off, and Marcus Rashford found the net with a late penalty.
However, it was another Forest star who stood out to supporters thanks to yet another composed and confident display from Elliot Anderson at the base of the England midfield.
Tuchel has been a long-term admirer of Anderson, having previously spoken highly of him and the role he can play, and will surely have been impressed by this display.
