Scott Parker could become the second manager to beat both Arne Slot and Jurgen Klopp in the Premier League if Burnley win against Liverpool on Sunday.
In their last game before the international break, Burnley were beaten 3-2 by Manchester United at Old Trafford.
The Clarets successfully defeated fellow newly promoted side Sunderland on 23 August, but they have won just one of their opening three games in the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Parker endured a tough summer transfer window as Josh Brownhill joined Saudi Pro League outfit Al Shabab after leaving Burnley as a free agent, whereas James Trafford moved to Manchester City.

If Parker can lead the Lancashire club to an unlikely win at Liverpool on 14 September, he will become the second Premier League manager to enjoy victories over both Klopp and Slot.
Such a feat has only been completed by Fulham boss Marco Silva, who led the West London outfit to a victory over the Reds in April.
Meanwhile, Liverpool beat Arsenal 1-0 on 31 August, and are vying to earn their fourth consecutive victory.

Burnley’s season will not be determined by how they perform against elite clubs like defending Premier League champions Liverpool, while their recent victory over Sunderland could prove vital to their survival hopes.

However, a heavy defeat for the Turf Moor club at Anfield could act as a catalyst for a negative spiral.
After their trip to Merseyside, Burnley host Nottingham Forest on 20 September.
Forest recently appointed Ange Postecoglou, who is determined to establish strong form with the East Midlands club, who qualified for the Europa League under the stewardship of former boss Nuno Espirito Santo.
A Carabao Cup tie with League One outfit Cardiff City on 23 September will give Burnley some respite from their challenging Premier League duties.
However, the Clarets could go on to struggle in their upcoming clashes against Manchester City and Aston Villa, who may have got themselves back on form by the time they face Parker’s men on 5 October.
