Losing youngsters like Collins and Cadamarteri is damaging for Sheffield Wednesday’s future, while Pedersen will also be concerned by how the current campaign could shape up.
Alongside losing former boss Dany Rohl, the Owls have seen ex-star players like Anthony Musaba, Djeidi Gassama, Josh Windass, and Michael Smith move on to pastures new.
Crucially, Pedersen has retained the services of stalwarts Barry Bannan and Liam Palmer.
However, a difficult season beckons for Wednesday, who are yet to earn their first point of the Championship campaign.
