Crystal Palace will be one of the busiest Premier League clubs in the final week of the transfer window, sources have told Football Insider.

The Eagles have made just two signings so far this summer, bringing in Borna Sosa from Ajax and Walter Benitez from PSV.

However, Palace have lost Eberechi Eze to Arsenal, and are now scrambling to replace their former talisman before the deadline.

The South London side are expected to be very active in the market, as they look to reinvest the £60million they received for Eze, with multiple signings expected to be completed.

Crystal Palace are targeting a number of players in order to bolster their ranks before the transfer window closes.

Sources say that the Eagles are interested in Bilal El Khannouss and have had bids for the youngster rejected by Leicester, as well as being in the race for Club Brugge star Christos Tzolis.

Now, Palace are also being linked with a shock move for Conor Gallagher from Atletico Madrid, on what would be an initial loan deal.

Meanwhile, Crystal Palace are unlikely to sign Tottenham forward Richarlison before the window shuts, sources have told Football Insider.

Sources say that the prospect of the Brazilian being sold to Palace is “very unlikely”, particularly after the Brazilian’s strong start to the season.

Richarlison had been mooted as a potential makeweight in Spurs’ bid to sign Eze, but Football Insider sources have said the 28-year-old wouldn’t want to swap Tottenham for Palace this summer.

Now that Eze has completed a move to Arsenal, the chances of any deal for the Spurs attacker have reduced further.
