West Ham will stick with Graham Potter for the time being and hold fire on sacking him despite a wretched start to the season played to a backdrop of fan discontent, sources have told Football Insider.
The Hammers sit in the Premier League relegation zone with just three points from four games so far this term.
Potter is coming under increasing pressure at West Ham, for both the results and the manner of the defeats, which include 5-1 and 3-0 losses to Chelsea and Tottenham, respectively.
However, sources say that the 50-year-old retains the support of the board for the time being, who still believe it is too early to sack him.

Both Nuno Espirito Santo and Jose Mourinho have been linked with the West Ham job, as Potter’s position becomes more unstable with each defeat.
Kieran McKenna was also spotted in the boardroom at the London Stadium, sparking rumours that the Ipswich Town manager could be on the club’s shortlist.
However, Potter may still have time to turn things around, with the West Ham hierarchy extremely reluctant to make managerial changes mid-season.
