These numbers alone show that the Frenchman is a force to be reckoned with, and the fact that he’s only 22 makes the thought of a deal even nicer.
As Ekitike is still young, it means that he has plenty of room to develop, and while he may have only had one prolific season, he’s certainly taking steps in the right direction to become a world-class player.
However, unless Slot can find a few players to sell on this summer, their spending will more than likely have to stop when Wirtz and Kerkez are brought in.
