Liverpool legend Steve Nicol believes new signing Calvin Ramsay will have no trouble settling in at the club and that his new teammates will make it ‘easy’ for him.

“They made it easy for me,” Nicol told the Daily Mail.
The Scot recounted how this helped him to settle and believes it will be similar for Ramsay, with Nicol keen to highlight the role that Andy Robertson will play.
He was voted The Scottish Football Writers’ Young Player of the Year after a superb breakout season and will now look to carve out a successful Premier League career under Jurgen Klopp.
Nicol made a similar move down south, joining the Reds from Ayr United in 1981.
As a fellow Scottish right-back making the move at a young age, Nicol was fortunate to have compatriots like Sir Kenny Dalglish, Graeme Souness and Alan Hansen as teammates when he arrived at Anfield.
