They have Lilly, Lexie, Lourdes and son Lio.
New photos of Lila Grey were uploaded by the new mum yesterday.
On Instagram she posted photos from an adorable photoshoot, showing her daughter in a swing, filled with soft cotton and wool.
Another photo showed Lila lying down with a small crown on her head and a ribbon tied on her back.
In the comment section Abbey Clancy commented "Oh my god she is just beautiful" and Curtis Jones' fiancé Saffie Khan added two loved heart-eyed emojis.
Lexie Gerrard uploaded a black and white snap of Lila in a baby carrier, saying "You are perfection Lila Grey."

The family have been inundated with messages of love and support.
Alex welcomed Lilly into the world when she was 21, and Lilly has now welcomed her baby into the world at the same age.
In a post uploaded to Gerrard's Instagram Stories last week, a picture of his daughter taking a mirror selfie was shared.
He wrote: "So proud of you Lilly."
Lilly and her partner, Lee Byrne, have been dating for more than two years and the two confirmed their relationship in 2022 with a series of pictures from time together in Ibiza, Spain.
Gerrard was the first to comment after his daughter revealed her exciting baby news earlier this year, as he said: "We can't wait.
