The latest supercomputer predictions have thrown up a surprise top four with Liverpool expected to finish above current table-toppers Chelsea.

Thomas Tuchel's side are, at the moment, four points clear of the Reds and three points clear of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table.

They are also able to predict how each Premier League match will finish, with Liverpool having over a 60% win probability in their eight remaining domestic fixtures of 2021.

They also welcome a rejuvenated Aston Villa side to Anfield in a couple of weeks time in what will be the former Liverpool captain's first match against the Reds as a Premier League manager.

Liverpool are predicted to finish second with 83 points, while Chelsea are surprisingly expected to finish third on 82 points.

They've predicted Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham will finish fifth, sixth and seventh respectively.
