The Reds have had a manic summer in the transfer market and their new signings appear to have settled in well following a successful summer tour of Asia.
However, it was youngsters Trey Nyoni and Rio Ngumoha who shone in their latest friendly against Yokohama F.
The 16-year-old has been a regular for the Reds this summer and started the majority of games, with his development being seriously impressive given his age.
The winger himself has admitted that settling in has been easier than most would think, with there being one surprising player especially who has taken him under his wing and helped him progress.

Liverpool have a leadership group for a reason, with many of the players having characteristics that can help produce a better working environment.
Andy Robertson is one of the players part of this group, and it is no surprise either, with the Scotsman being the perfect player to keep around the dressing room.
Whether that is someone to go to for advice, someone to go to for a laugh or just to watch how a player treats training like it is their last day on earth, Robertson is the perfect leader.

And, Ngumoha has admitted that the left-back has taught him a lot, even if they do play in very different positions.
“Robbo has really helped me a lot.
He’s so experienced and one of the best left-backs in the world,” Ngumoha told Liverpoolfc.com.
“I feel like having him behind me, I can’t really ask for anything more.
He’s experienced and teaches me a lot.”
The biggest compliment to pay to Ngumoha is that he definitely has not looked out of place, simply a frightening prospect given that he is just 16 and playing for the Premier League champions.
Currently, Liverpool have three first-team left-backs at the club, suggesting one of them has to go this summer.
Of course, this will not be new signing Milos Kerkez, and based on how integral Robertson is both on and off the pitch, this would suggest it is Kostas Tsimikas that needs to be sold.
The Scotsman’s leadership qualities and personality are something the dressing room needs, with the likes of Kerkez and, surprisingly, Ngumoha, able to learn a lot from him.
At 31, the Reds will not get much money for him either, whereas they can get more for the ‘Greek scouser’, with the 29-year-old still having plenty of time left to prove himself elsewhere.
