Gary Neville brought the house down in the Sky Sports studio with his joke after Leeds beat Everton 1-0.
After a two-year absence from the Premier League, the Peacocks got over the line against the Toffees as they edged to a narrow victory.
Daniel Farke‘s side dominated proceedings, firing an array of shots at goal before their hard work was rewarded after James Tarkowski was adjudged to handle the ball in the box.
Lukas Nmecha stepped up and converted expertly, sending the Leeds fans crazy as they grabbed all three points.
After the game, the German manager was seen celebrating with the fans which caught the attention of former Man United defender Gary Neville in the Sky Sports studio.

After the full-time whistle, the Leeds players and the manager walked around the pitch applauding the spectators as “Predict a Riot” by the Kaiser Chiefs was loudly played.
Looking on at the proceedings, Neville gave his thoughts on the feel-good factor at Elland Road, saying (Sky Sports Main Event, 10pm): “Look, it’s an exciting moment for them.

“Those Leeds fans will be absolutely bouncing tonight.
“And thankfully I’m not with them.”
In the studio, both Dave Jones and Jamie Carragher burst out laughing at the witty comment made by the former Red Devil.
Football Insider verdict
Back to the big time and back with a bang, the Peacocks looked sensational against David Moyes’ side, troubling the Toffees backline.
The dynamic attacking football seen last year in the Championship was on display again tonight as the Whites played with pace and no fear which put their opponents on the back foot.
However, for both Leeds and Sunderland, there are still 37 more games for the promoted sides despite picking up three points in what will be a gruelling season.

Both clubs played Everton and West Ham outfits that looked miles off the pace, clubs that the promoted pair will not face every week.
Of the three sides to come up this season, I do think Leeds have the best chance of staying up given their attacking intent combined with a solid defensive structure in the team.
Yet, it is important for the Yorkshire club to not get ahead of themselves, take every game as it comes and pick and choose their battles carefully in order to survive the drop.
