Liverpool's Premier League title victory confirmed on Sunday will have made millions of people across the globe jubilant.

Among the club's fanbase are some incredibly famous individuals, from America to Anfield, they came out in full force to support Arne Slot's side in their success.

Liverpool overcame an early deficit to thump Tottenham Hotspur 5-1 to secure their 20th English league title as a result of Arsenal's draw with Crystal Palace in midweek.



Having been unable to celebrate the last title triumph with supporters as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, the party continued long into the night.

A number of stars recognisable from the stage and screen were spotted inn attendance at Anfield for the match.

The club themselves posted Stranger Things actress Millie Bobby Brown and 15-year-old Adolescence star Owen Cooper to their Instagram page.

They did the same with James Nelson-Joyce from This City is Ours, and he also wrote to his own profile in the aftermath: "Love you always reds enjoy the celebrations."

Also in attendance were two more huge Reds supporters.

Happy happy place #ynwa_liverpool_."

And the other was John Bishop, showing with a video just how much Sunday meant to his father, sister, brother and himself as they all celebrated together.

Watching along from home was Emmerdale's Danny Miller, who wrote: "Come on Reds." The actor revealed his passion for the club when he was in attendance at the Carabao Cup final last year when the Reds triumphed over Chelsea in extra time.

Taking a similar view of events from the comfort of their own homes were actor, comedian and television presenter Sanjeev Bhaskar and Kensington-born actor David Morrissey, who was so excited he posted three times to Instagram with roughly the same message each time, "Champions!!!!!"

Local actor Craig Charles also posted after the match on X a video montage of him reading the 'Liver bird upon my chest' chant.

Moving onto Reds watching on from further afield, Paddy Pimblett shared a heartwarming update explaining his joy to soak in the atmosphere with his family on holiday in the aftermath of his UFC 314 victory over Michael Chandler.

"Got to watch the reds become Premier League champions with my little angels last night [red heart emoji] what a season we’ve had cannot wait to watch us be crowned champions and lift the Prem with my dad in a few weeks we’ve been waiting a lifetime for this it’s going to be emotional [red heart emoji] @liverpoolfc," 'the Baddy' wrote to Instagram.

Danish tennis star Caroline Wozniacki, another Liverpool fan, also sent her well wishes on X by saying: "#YNWA what a season!!

The spot is a popular one for American Reds and it looked like a particularly lively Sunday morning to watch the action.

And lastly another Liverpool fan across the pond - one that appeared to cause mostly shock for revealing his affinity for the club by posting to Instagram - was comedian and actor Lester Green, who is better known as Beetlejuice.

"We did it," it said on the picture he posted of Mohamed Salah's selfie in front of The Kop.
