Surprise news emerged out of Germany on Thursday night, with Julian Nagelsmann said to be on the verge of losing his job at Bayern Munich. The German has been unattached to any club since being sacked by Chelsea in September, but his name has been linked with Real Madrid, which is considering successors to Carlo Ancelotti. Like Nagelsmann, Tuchel is one of the very best coaches around, and one of his tasks if he's appointed by the Munich club could relate to maximizing the potential of Ryan Gravenberch. Aged just 20, the Dutchman left Ajax last summer but so far under Nagelsmann, he's encountered difficulties in the Bundesliga.
