Reds trio Curtis Jones , Yasser Larouci and Edvard Tagseth have all been included on the paper’s ‘Next Generation 2018’ list which highlights 60 of the most talented players born in 2001.

Three Liverpool youngsters are among the most promising, emerging talents on the planet according to the Guardian.

Liverpool duo Dominic Solanke and Kamil Grabara also both finished on the ‘Next Generation’ list in 2014 and 2016 respectively.

An attacking midfielder capable of playing on either flank by trade, he is seen as one of the next great hopes from the production line at the French club which has produced the likes of Riyad Mahrez, Dimitri Payet and Paul Pogba.

The Liverpool contingent are three of nine Premier League players named on the list, with players from Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City also featuring.

Now able to play for the young Reds, Larouci has been utilised as a left-back so far this season by coach Barry Lewtas.

Liverpool beat off competition from Manchester United to sign the highly-rated Larouci from Le Havre last season.
