Liverpool chairman Tom Werner was on hand as the Reds lifted the Premier League trophy at Anfield on Sunday following the team's thrilling 1-1 draw to Crystal Palace.

Werner, 74, has held his current position since 2010 and can add this trophy to a cabinet consisting of two League Cups, an FA Cup, a Champions League, and another Premier League title.
