Tottenham Hotspur will look to continue their good start to the season at home against Villarreal in the Champions League on Tuesday.



Tottenham beat West Ham United in convincing fashion on Saturday evening, thanks to goals from Pape Matar Sarr, Lucas Bergvall and Micky van de Ven.



Tottenham’s new signing Xavi Simons played his first game for the North London club, picking up an assist in the process.

Bergvall was the standout performer in Tottenham’s win, but the stats point to a different man who could make an impact against Villarreal.

Frank will know he has a host of summer signings to turn to in the match, but perhaps none better than Mohammed Kudus.



Kudus has completed the most dribbles of any player in the Premier League this season with 13, according to Statmuse, placing him just behind Barcelona superstar Lamine Yamal.



The Ghanaian international signed for Tottenham from West Ham in the summer in a deal worth £60 million.

Kudus is yet to score in the Premier League this season, but the ex-Ajax man has notched two assists in his first four starts.



Kudus and Simons will likely play as part of Frank’s attacking force against Villarreal, like they did at West Ham on Saturday evening.

Simons provided a focal point for all of Tottenham’s build-up while they were in settled possession, completing 27 of his 32 attempted passes.

Meanwhile, Kudus was an electric outlet on the right-hand side, showing West Ham exactly what they’d sold by being a constant nuisance on the right flank.

Frank will hope his men can replicate their showing against West Ham on Tuesday against Villarreal, and if they do, Kudus and Simons will surely be integral in that
