Trent Alexander-Arnold has told Liverpool Football Club of his intention to leave at the end of the season.
He had a close bond with former Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, the German manager gave the right-back many exciting opportunities as he made his way up the ranks.
In 2024, Klopp left his role as Liverpool manager after nine-years in charge.
Speaking about his love for Liverpool at the time, he announced "I love absolutely everything about this club, I love everything about the city, I love everything about our supporters.

"I love the team, I love the staff.
But that I still take this decision shows you that I am convinced it is the one I have to take."
Under Klopp, Liverpool won the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, League Cup, Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup.
Alexander-Arnold has previously shared the squad's reaction to the news Klopp would be leaving after almost a decade.

Speaking to the Athletic, Alexander-Arnold detailed how it was "like a normal day.
