Transfer news LIVE!
The summer window remains alive despite a brief hiatus between registration windows ahead of the start of the Club World Cup.
Martin Zubimendi is finally set to join in a deal worth around £59m, almost a year after talks first began for a player Mikel Arteta has long deemed a dream signing.
The Gunners hope to soon add Benjamin Sesko to their ranks for around £60m, but Viktor Gyokeres and Victor Osimhen will cost more with Manchester United sniffing around the pair.
Chelsea are currently focusing on their first Club World Cup game, against LAFC on Sunday, but are expected to soon revive interest in Mike Maignan and Jamie Gittens after failed attempts to snap them up before the first summer deadline.
Manchester City got deals for Rayan Cherki and Tijjani Reijnders over the line.

As a result, they are said to want £70m to sanction his exit.
According to the Independent, Villa’s move for the 20-year-old is dependent on whether they sell midfielder Morgan Rogers.

Tijjani Reijnders has chosen his Manchester City shirt number after completing a move from AC Milan.
Reijnders was officially unveiled by City on Wednesday morning and has subsequently been named in Pep Guardiola's squad for the upcoming Club World Cup.
Ahead of making his Man City bow, Reijnders has been handed the no.4 shirt at the Etihad Stadium, which leaves forgotten midfielder Kalvin Phillips without a squad number.
The decision throws further doubt on the future of Phillips, who spent the last season on loan at Ipswich having failed to impress Guardiola ever since arriving from Leeds United in the summer of 2022.
This particular shirt number does come with huge responsibility as before Phillips was assigned it, Man City legend Vincent Kompany donned the no.4 and lead the club to four Premier League titles as captain.
