He has reportedly signed a two-year deal with the Tuscan outfit.
The Belgium international called time on his City career in April after playing a key role in one of football’s most dominant dynasties, winning six Premier League titles and one Champions League in his ten years in the North West.
City have committed to commemorating his time at the club with a statue outside the Etihad.
De Bruyne had reportedly been weighing up offers from Napoli and Chicago Fire as he looked for a new challenge, and the newly-crowned Scudetto winners pipped the MLS outfit to his signature.

Though any deal will not come cheap as United view Garnacho as one of the very few sellable players who could command a high price.
As a result, they are said to want £70m to sanction his exit.
According to the Independent, Villa’s move for the 20-year-old is dependent on whether they sell midfielder Morgan Rogers.
The England international is on the radar of Arsenal this summer, so could this be a potential boost for the Gunners?
