Liverpool have reportedly agreed a five-year contract with Alexander Isak.
The Reds are set to hold talks with Newcastle in the next 48 hours to outline their plans and gauge terms of a potential transfer fee.
They are expected to lodge an opening bid of £100million, though believe a fee of £120m could be enough to get a deal over the line.
Liverpool have finalised a contract which meets Isak's salary demands, having asked for £300,000-a-week at Newcastle, which would smash their existing wage structure.

Chelsea have reportedly lodged a £35million bid for Ajax wonderkid Jorrel Hato.
The versatile defender asked to be left out of the team for Ajax's pre-season friendly with Como yesterday in anticipation of a summer move.
Dutch outlet Telegraf claim that Ajax turned down Chelsea's initial offer, demanding a fee in the region of £48-52m instead.
