The first window for this summer's Club World Cup has come and gone but there's only five days to wait until the next one opens.

Pep Guardiola's have already made four signings this summer, the latest becoming Tijjani Reijnders.

Chelsea in the meantime have already welcomed six new faces to Stamford Bridge.

Manchester City have completed the signing of Tijjani Reijnders from AC Milan for an initial fee of £46.6million.

The arrival of Reijnders takes City's summer spending to £108.6m, following on from the signings of Rayan Ait-Nouri from Wolves for £31m and Rayan Cherki from Lyon for £31m, as well as goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli for a nominal fee.

Netherlands midfielder Reijnders has signed a five-year deal and is eligible to play for City in the FIFA Club World Cup in the US, which starts on Sunday.

A host of clubs are reportedly interested in a deal for Chelsea's Djordje Petrovic following his omission from Chelsea's Club World Cup squad.

The Serbian was expected to be included by Enzo Maresca following an impressive season at Strasbourg.

They remain locked in talks with Bayer Leverkusen over add-ons, the structure of the transfer and payments as no agreement is finalised.

Wirtz, 22, has not yet been given permission to travel for a medical yet and nothing has been arranged.
