Liverpool are close to breaking the British transfer record with a move for Bayer Leverkusen's Florian Wirtz but three issues remain.

Liverpool still have plenty to sort when it comes to the signing of Florian Wirtz despite a deal being close.
They remain locked in talks with Bayer Leverkusen over add-ons, the structure of the transfer and payments as no agreement is finalised.
Wirtz, 22, has not yet been given permission to travel for a medical yet and nothing has been arranged.
