It's reported by i News that Newcastle are expecting a second offer to land in their inbox before Monday's deadline.
Liverpool have already seen one proposal waved away by Newcastle this summer.
The Magpies have claimed Isak will only be allowed to leave if their valuation is met and they're able to sign an adequate replacement.
